Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and service details to personalize your AI receptionist.
Call Data
- Call recordings and transcripts (used to handle calls and provide analytics)
- Caller phone numbers (for returning caller recognition and callbacks)
- Call duration, timestamps, and outcomes
- Appointment bookings and customer preferences
Calendar Integration
If you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, we access your calendar events to prevent double bookings. We only read event times and titles—not attendees, descriptions, or attachments. New appointments are synced back to your calendar.
Notification Data
For appointment reminders and follow-ups, we store customer phone numbers and email addresses to send SMS/email notifications on your behalf.
