Last updated: May 30, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Argora Voice ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Argora Voice provides an AI-powered phone answering service that answers calls on behalf of your business, engages in conversations with callers, and can book appointments based on your availability settings. The Service includes a web dashboard for managing calls, appointments, and settings.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
  • Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal telemarketing or robocalling

5. Pricing and Payment

Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is $500 USD per month, which includes unlimited inbound calls, AI appointment booking, and a dedicated phone number.

We offer a 30-day free trial for new accounts. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until then.

7. AI Limitations

Our AI assistant is designed to handle common business phone interactions, but it has limitations:

  • The AI may occasionally misunderstand callers or make errors
  • Complex or unusual requests may not be handled correctly
  • The AI cannot provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial)
  • Emergency calls should be directed to appropriate emergency services

You are responsible for reviewing call transcripts and correcting any errors. We recommend having a process to follow up on calls that require human attention.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Argora and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSED CALLS, BOOKING ERRORS, OR OTHER SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARGORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Argora from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
